Designing our personal routine is all about doing more of the things that bring us joy. Building sustainable routines helps us pace, and do more of the fulfilling stuff.
Reacting effectively to curveballs thrown at us by our bodies takes knowledge and memory. Forgetting what helps us during a flare is common. A foggy brain makes it hard to remember the best next step to take.
